Bank Mandiri (IDX: BMRI) adalah bank yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta, dan merupakan bank terbesar di Indonesia dalam hal aset, pinjaman, dan deposit. Bank ini berdiri pada tanggal 2 Oktober 1998 sebagai bagian dari program restrukturisasi perbankan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Pada tanggal 31 Juli 1999, empat bank milik Pemerintah yaitu, Bank Bumi Daya (BBD), Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Bank Exim), dan Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo), digabungkan ke dalam Bank Mandiri.

Saat ini Bank Mandiri sedang membuka lowongan untuk Officer Development Program  ODP General Tahun 2021 (UNAIR, ITS, UB). 

Job Description

We Are Looking for Officer Development Program (ODP)

This program prepares you for leadership positions across many levels in Mandiri. By joining the program, you will be trained by highly experienced bankers, professionals and leaders in various aspects of banking and leadership. The program starts off with intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank.

In addition to this comprehensive training package, you will get to be coached by the bank’s top talent who will help you achieve your fullest potential and have a better understanding of your strengths. You will also have access to our top leaders and closely work with senior managers in projects that will develop your critical skills.

Minimum Qualifications

General Qualifications:

1. Local/International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from relevant fields of studies

2. Grade Point Average:

• Graduate (S1): a minimum of 3.00 or equivalent;
• Postgraduate (S2): a minimum of 3.20 or equivalent

3. Maximum age for selection:

• 25 years old for Graduates (S1)
• 27 years old for Postgraduates (S2)

4. Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication

5. Not married and willing to be Unmarried during the program (for 1 year)

6. Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
