1. GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF
Job Responsibility:
• Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.
• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
• Review inventories and order as required. • Handling the process of procurement and distribution of ATK and NON-ATK • Have good negotiation skills with 3rd parties (suppliers/vendors)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, Management or equivalen
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good in computer (Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word)
• Has list vendor which can be coordination
