Community Development (Part Time)
Responsibilities:
- Implement community activities in social media and campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Acquire new community members
- Handle, build relationships and assisting nutritions consultation with Realfoodfam and potential Realfoodfam through social media and WA groups
- Organize events (both online and offline) to build communities and boost brand awareness
- Monitor and report on community feedback and online reviews - Coordinate with the brand marketing, social media, and creative team to stay updated on new products, features, and activities
- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with relevant communities
Qualifications:
- Background/degree in Nutrition (preferably a Certified Nutritionist)
- Experience in women-oriented community management - Experienced in launching community initiatives (e.g. building online brand forums or social media, creating online/offline events, creating project series)
- Superb communicator; passionate in people-to-people interaction and able to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders
- Passion for social projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willing WFO at West Jakarta.
