Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• - Learning Materials Prepare learning materials (more on adapting - we already have the modules and curriculum). Apply teaching and pedagogy techniques to design interactive learning which includes: text-based, code syntax examples, illustration using images or videos, quizzes, coding exercises, and projects and break down technical concepts into digestible exercises. - Make a screencast video for some materials. - Leading Workshops Sessions You will be in charge to lead 16 workshops sessions every Wednesday and Friday on 14.00-17.00 WIB - Handling 1 team You will be assigned to 1 team and help them and co-develop to finalize the product - Mentoring sessions You will have to set mentoring sessions with your team at least 1 session of 2 hour per week - Weekly Meeting Update You will have to update learning progress and your team’s progress every week and check in with Program Lead and/or Asst. Mentor - Discord mentoring You will have to ensure that all questions from your team are answered and addressed properly - Supervising Asst Mentors You will have to help supervise all the asst mentors and address any questions from them. Help them to better facilitate their own teams. (each asst mentor will be assigned with 2 teams) - Co-develop Prototype Working together with the teams to help the 13 teams be able to finalize their product. Set time to update progress with your assistant mentor to clear blockers and challenges. You are responsible to ensure the finalization of the expected output from each team. - Feedback for Teams Conduct an assessment and provide feedback to each student team. - Report and Scorecard You will need to update scorecard for each participants and make a final scoring report for each student

Syarat Pekerjaan

• - Minimum of 3 years of programming experience (Full-time Project-Based) - Preferred having teaching experience - Has worked on digital products from concept to launch, including ideation, product development, and marketing. - Concerned about children's education and wishes to help Indonesia's youth. -Design Thinking, Product Development, and Figma abilities (especially for Design Sprint UI/UX Mentor) are required. - Must have a good understanding of Algorithms & Data Structures - Fluent and experienced with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap & Responsive Web Design, React JS, Authentication, Middleware, and -Deployment (Ex. Netlify for front-end) - Experienced with developer tools such as Git, GitHub, Command-Line, and Postman - Passionate to share knowledge
